Fruit Snacks (made from veggies)

Ingredients
MANGO CARROT
1.5 cups mango
1 carrot (steamed)
2 tablespoon honey
1/4 cup water
5 tablespoons grass fed beef gelatin
Berry Beet
2 cups berries
1 beet (steamed)
2 tablespoon honey
1/4 cup water
5 tablespoons grass fed beef gelatin
1. Line 9in bread loaf pan with parchment paper and cookling spray
2. Blend fruit and veggies
3. Add water & honey
4. Puree until smooth
5. Taste it!
6. Pour mixture into a large pot
7. Sprinkle gelatin over the top
8. Leave it for 5 minutes
9. Mixture will start to wrinkle
10. Start to whisk the gelatin into the puree
11. Turn burner on to a medium heat
12. It will look clumpy, but will smooth out with heat
13. Once smooth, pour into pan
14. Let set for 4 hours
15. Cut however you'd like!
